4615 is a 2-point summit in the Mt. Hood National Forest near Wahtum Lake and nearby Indian Mountain. Just go do Indian Mountain if you are already up there. The hike is a 0.5 mile bushwhack and 260 feet of gain through semi-open forest from an obvious parking area. The summit area itself is a boulder pile with a flat top. A short scramble gets you up top with plenty of places to set up any portable station.
From Dee, Oregon (45.59095, -121.62705), take Lost Lake Road 5.1 miles west to the turnoff for FR 1310, aka Wahtum Lake Road (45.55390, -121.69745). Proceed 10.3 miles to Wahtum Lake (all paved), then continue 1.1 miles on gravel to the parking spot (45.56443, -121.80169). Mind the water bars on the road.
Enter the forest almost due north. GPS is handy but you should find the summit in 0.5 miles. Stick to the ridge. The path plateaus in the middle. Continue north.
Phone coverage was very spotty. You should be able to make 2m contacts into the PDX Metro. We used 2m CW and SSB.
