This is one of the many 1 point hills in the Panhandle National Forest northeast of Coeur d'Alene.  The drive up was somewhat rough with deep gouges that had to be straddled by my truck.  I started on Hwy 95 and took the Ohio Match Rd exit to Pope Rd and then Ohio Match Rd to NF-1552 and a branch that is unnamed on Google Maps but turns at 47°51'47.2"N 116°39'51.0"W.   There is a wide corner with a fire-ring and I parked off to the side ( 47°51'57.7"N 116°39'45.1"W).  Opposite is the remains of a logging road which heads back west to the summit.  It peters out after a few yards and then I just followed the ridge to the summit.  There are lots of deer trails that don't really go anywhere.  The summit is forested so a weighted line would work.  I took my fiberglass pole as usual.

Gaia recorded my path and times as an 1hr up and 30min back down (around 600' elevation gain).

If you are making a day out of it, I would recommend Cedar Mountain W7I/NP-119 and Buckles Mountain W7I/NP-120 which are further up on NF-1552.
