Warm weather, outdoors, camping eastern WA, OR, CA, AZ, NV and NM. Activate and chase. Yaesu FT90,8900, 400 and 991A all battery powered with LiFePo4. I drive my Ginger Rover a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500, it has solar and deep cycle power and sometimes a little chocolate pit bull nm Boss. I also have a BOTA (bike on the air) with a SOTA radio trailer I prefer the Dodge. I typically use a homebrew 6-160 EFW with 9:1 as well as a homebrew 10-80 linked dipole both with kite pole or handy tree/bush.
