Full two-way messaging Red Hills of Dundee HP is a summit on private property with all of the Activation Zone apparently also on private property. Activators may rather choose an easier summit.
On one occasion Activators were asked to leave an unposted and unnamed road near the summit proper (after getting permission from another person living there). The summit is near 17525 NE Fairview Dr, Dundee, Oregon and can be accessed via NE Eaglecrest Lane. It may be possible to secure permission to activate from the owner at the top of Eaglecrest and activate on the road shoulder near Fairview Drive but still in the AZ.
