4460 (2-point summit) is one of a cluster of summits south of Oakridge, OR in the Willamette National Forest. This summit is a short bushwhack/hike off of an "OK" road, but route selection to the top will likely affect your enjoyment. It can be combined with Holland Point and Timbered Knoll pretty easily in a single day.
From Highway 58 in Oakridge (43.76028, -122.53237), take FR 5850 south for 8.3 miles. At the junction with FR 2102 (43.70386, -122.55216), stay right on FR 5850 for 2.1 miles to the junction with FR 2106 (43.66721, -122.57359). Take the left on FR 2106 and continue another 4.1 miles to the base of 4460. There is a disused road here to the right that is your starting point.
I followed the old road up and around the mountain for 0.5 miles. With the summit in sight, the road gets extremely overgrown, after which you must bushwhack through dense pines and manzanita (very unpleasant). Instead, you should probably turn right into the forest after about 0.2 miles. This route will be steeper but the terrain is more open. Just some blowdown to step over.
The summit area is semi open, suitable for any antenna deployment. Don't expect much 2m in this area. I had marginal cell services, enough to get a couple spots out.
